DISC is a behavioral model that identifies four core energies: Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C). It helps you understand how you naturally operate, how you respond under pressure, and how you can interact more effectively with others.

The Discovery Test (€9.90 excl. taxes) provides a concise profile: your dominant color, key strengths, and a graphical overview of your DISC profile. The Integral Test (€30 excl. taxes) goes much further, with natural and adapted profiles, a motivations module, relationship guidance, and comprehensive managerial insights.

The questionnaire includes 120 questions and takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. We recommend taking it in one sitting, in a quiet environment, so that your answers accurately reflect your natural behavior.

Yes. The Force4DISC test and the profiles generated are fully GDPR compliant. Your data is hosted on secure servers and treated as strictly confidential.

Each purchase includes one test session. If you would like to retake the test—for example, after a significant period of change, you can purchase a new access. Your original report will remain available in your dashboard.
